WebDAV Usage Guide
I. How to Obtain Your WebDAV Service Link
Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard.
In the "WebDAV Access" card, toggle the Enable WebDAV switch to ON.
Click "Settings". A pop-up will list several WebDAV URLs (these correspond to download nodes; you may choose any one).
Copy the address you wish to use, for example:
https://d1.example.com/dav/xxxxxxxxxx(wherexxxxxxxxxxis your unique private path).Set username and password for WebDav or keep it empty.


Login Information
Username: Enter the username that you have set, if you haven't set it, keep it empty or use any words.
Password: Same rule as username.
Security Warning
This WebDAV link is a private link. Anyone who obtains it can view your file list and download files generated under this account. Do not share the link or use it in untrusted environments.
Note on Validity: Files in WebDAV are bound to an expiration period. Accessing or streaming files via WebDAV will affect this validity period. Files remain on the server after a successful connection; please download your content promptly.
II. Setup by Platform / Application
macOS (Finder)
Open Finder. In the menu bar, go to Go → Connect to Server (or press
⌘K).Server Address: Enter your WebDAV link (e.g.,
https://d1.example.com/dav/xxxxxxxxxx).Click Connect.
If prompted for a name and password:
Name: Your username if you set.
Password: Your password if you set.
Note: The drive will mount as Read-Only. You can browse and copy files to your Mac or play videos directly, but you cannot delete or modify files on the server.

Players / Streaming (Infuse, nPlayer, VLC, etc.)
Add WebDAV storage in the app's Settings or Network section.
Server URL: Your full WebDAV link.
Username: Your username if you set; Password: Your password if you set.
Once added, you can browse and play media files directly from the library (Read-Only).
Windows
Use third-party tools like RaiDrive or NetDrive to add a "WebDAV" type. Enter the server link, use your email as the username, and leave the password blank (or select Anonymous).
RaiDrive (Windows / Linux)
Open RaiDrive and click Add.
Select NAS → WebDAV.
Address: Enter the WebDAV link (you may need to remove
https://or enter the full URL depending on the version).Account: Your username if you set; Password: Your password if you set.
A new drive letter will appear in "This PC," providing Read-Only access.

After connected:

iOS (Files App or nPlayer)
Open the Files app. Tap the "…" icon (top right) → Connect to Server.
Server: Enter the WebDAV link.
Select Connect → Registered User:
Name: Your username if you set. .
Password: Your password if you set .
The server will appear under "Locations." (Read-Only support).
Android
Use WebDAV-compatible apps like Solid Explorer, CX File Explorer, or nPlayer.
Add WebDAV or Network Storage.
Server / URL: Your full WebDAV link.
Username: Your account ; Password: Your password if you set..
Saved, and you can browser those files or play it。
Synology NAS
Open File Station.
Go to Tools → Remote Connection → Connection Setup → WebDAV.
Hostname: The domain from your link (e.g.,
d1.example.com).Path:
/dav/xxxxxxxxxx(your private path segment).Port:
443(for HTTPS).Account: Your username; Password: Your password if you set..


If you use "Cloud Sync" in Synology NAS:
please sure those options be accurate:
when add the server, you should check for "don't remove files when source files removed":

and general setting should be like this, for "not fetch again when you delete local file".

III. Troubleshooting & FAQ
"Unable to Connect" or "Authentication Failed" Please verify: ① The link is complete and matches the one in the Dashboard; ② The username is your username if you set.; ③ The password is your password if you set;If you don't set them, you can input any words in client. ④ Your network can resolve and access the domain.
Read-Only Access This WebDAV service is Read-Only. It does not support uploading, deleting, or renaming files. It is strictly for browsing and downloading to prevent accidental data loss.
Disabling or Changing the Link If you disable WebDAV in the Dashboard, the current link will become invalid. Re-enabling it will generate a new path, and you will need to update the link in all your apps/platforms.
